Arsenal 1 Man Utd 0

This would never ever be a long blog but how can i resist from posting this one?
To those of you that knw nothing about the greatest sport on earth he're a little bit of history (last ten Years):
ArsenalFootball Club
LEAGUE CHAMPIONS= 1997-98, 2001-02, 2003-04, CHARITY/COMMUNITY SHIELD WINNERS= 1998, 1999, 2002, 2004 F.A. CUP WINNERS= 1998, 2002, 2003, 2005 LEAGUE CUP WINNERS= 1993

Manchester United Football Club
LEAGUE CHAMPIONS= 1995-96, 1996-97, 1998-99, 1999-00, 2000-01, 2002-03 CHARITY/COMMUNITY SHIELD WINNERS= 1996, 1997, 2003 F.A. CUP WINNERS= 1996, 1999, 2004 LEAGUE CUP WINNERS= 2006
As you can see for the last ten years in terms of League Championships it has been a two horse race its either been us or them until two years ago when Chelsea got all Russianed up (a WHOLE other blog). Anyway in the last 8 years we have found it extremely hard to beat Machester United at their Home at Old trafford and i think we hadnt won there for these 8 years until yesterday.

Me and Simba guy after partaking of Dinner at the Mushambi's went to his house to drop him off and during the process decided to go to a pub and watch the game! Could we find a pub? No. Can you imagine as drunk as Aussies get there was no pub in site for us to go and watch this amazing match up. Being the lovers of the beautiful game as we are we soldiered on Pub after Pub, first was Knox Tavern which got closed after a boring match up between Chelsea and Liverpool, then it was another which didnt have foxtel, then yet another which was for some reason not appropriate then we finally got to the one tht closed at 3am. The Lord was with us, coz by this time we were now in Upper Fern Tree Gully and ladies and gentlemen this is not close, and it looks shaddy too coz they had like dogs with DOA masks walking around with the PoPo at odd hours of the morning! Anyway Simba and I made ourselves cozi and watched a very good match while gently sipping on "the Mexicans" (corona) and "the Belgians" (stella artois)!
Boi o Boi was it a match for me to remember! With 4 Mins to go A well played Arsenal goal!
The Score line speaks for it self, but i will say prior to this game MU where on a 5 game unbeaten streak and we had only managed to win 1 of our last 5!
ManUtd U saw fire and i am oh so happy! I desire no comments from you except those of accepting defeat! Be the bigger women and appreciate that Arsenal is the Greatest Club in the WOrlD!

Signing out.......
The El Ninho
ARS 1 MAN U 0

Okay, the game itself is not really of importance to me - sorry Fungai!

But what I do find hilarious is your search of pubs. If it were me I would have looked up the yellow pages and called first before driving everywhere. LOL

That's how guys and girls think differently.
